Subject: The use of Robotech, Quarterdeck's Automated Technical SupportSystem.

OVERVIEW
In order to provide you with immediate expert assistance, Quarterdeck has
implemented Robotech, our Automated Technical Support System.  Using the
troubleshooting skills of our senior technicians, Robotech provides free
and immediate solutions to most Procomm Plus, QEMM, and CleanSweep questions.
Robotech never sleeps! Robotech is on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, including holidays.USING 1-800-ROBOTECH

Dial 1-800-ROBOTECH (1-800-762-6832) from a touchtone telephone. Once
connected, you will hear the recorded message welcoming you to Robotech
and then the Main Menu. From the Main Menu you will be given the option to
select the product you would like to hear about.  Currently, Robotech
addresses questions on Procomm Plus, QEMM, and CleanSweep. Step your way
through a Robotech troubleshooting session by pressing the number on your
telephone keypad that corresponds with the menu selection or question.

SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS

If Robotech asks you a question requiring a number answer, simply press
that number on your touchtone telephone.  If you are asked a question
requiring a yes or no answer, enter 1 for yes or 2 for no.  To return to
a previous menu, you may press the asterisk (*) key during your session.
To repeat a prompt, you may press the pound (#) key.
If you would like time to try a suggested solution or procedure, you may
save your session by pressing 00.  Just like a live representative,
Robotech will "remember" where you left off and take you to that same
spot when you call back later.  We suggest that you have a pencil and
paper ready to take notes during your Robotech troubleshooting session.
