Quarterdeck Technical Support can be reached in a variety of ways:
PHONE:
You can reach Technical Support by phone from 9:00 AM through 6:00 PM CST
Monday through Thursday and 10:00 AM through 6:00 PM CST on Friday at the
numbers listed below. When you call, please have either your VIP number or
product serial number available.
Quarterdeck offers you several ways to get technical support by phone:
Talk to a Technical Support Representative
Quarterdeck now offers Priority Telephone Technical Support and Standard
Telephone Technical Support. Priority Support gives you fast access to our
highly trained Technical Support Specialists.
Priority Support can be reached at (800) 339-1136.
This service is provided on a per-incident basis with a minimal charge per
incident. An incident is defined as a single distinct issue with a Quarterdeck
product, and the reasonable effort needed to resolve it.
Standard Support is available to all registered users of Quarterdeck products at
no extra cost.
Standard Support can be reached at (573) 875-0530 for Internet products,
and (573) 875-0932 for Utilities products.
This form of support is valid for a period of 90 days following your first
call to Technical Support.
When calling either Priority Support or Standard Support, please have your
Quarterdeck customer VIP number or product serial number available. If possible,
please be at your computer so our Technical Support Specialist can better assist you.

MENU COMMANDS:

For the fastest possible support, Quarterdeck's CompuServe forum maintains a
